My goals are to lose 110lbs, run a 5k, eat healthier, laugh more, love someone with all my heart and dance as if no one is watching. I want to do the things that I think I cannot do. Most of all, I want to believe in myself.
I am using the YMCA and SparkPeople Cookbook. Love IT! I love to walk and dance. I use the Wiifit and Zumba Fitness. Also yoga, toning cords and light hand weights.
