My Goals:
My initial goal was to lose weight and feel better about myself. However a few months into this lifestyle change I realized that that I wanted to change my lifestyle for the long term. I don't want to do this just in my 20s but in my 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
My Program:
Measuring almost everything I eat. Staying within my calorie range. Drinking a lot of water (at least half my weight in ounces). Exercising for about an hour 5/6 days a week. Eating at least two fresh fruits a day. Staying away from high calorie-low nutrition foods. Eating more whole foods (the less processing, the better).
Other Information:
Books: The Holy Bible, Passion and Purity, This Present Darkness, Piercing the Darkness, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, My Sister's Keeper. Music: Anything Christian (Rock, Rap, CCM, etc...)
