Rachel, I'd like to add you as a friend. We have some great things in common, so I thought maybe we could be Spark buddies. I also love to garden and cook from scratch (didn't know they had a group for that!). I just read your post about the push mower (congratulations) and your new pullets! I use to have chickens and would like to again, but now is not the time. You probably already know how cool chickens are. They each have their own personality.
Hey How is it going, I haven't been doing so great I swear everyone around me is eating even more now that I am trying to eat less. My boyfriend bought me out to eat at this place with nothing healthy and my sister, who is also overweight is binging like every night. I really want to lose 30 lbs by my graduation at the end of May, I know it's a long shot but I really want to. I plan on eating balanced healthy portions of the foods I enjoy. I really want to cut out sweets and junk also!!! I plan to buy more fruits and vegetables rather than mac and cheese when I go to the supermarket. I want to work out 5x a day doing cardio on some of those day I just do cardio, on other day I combine cardio with a pilates, yoga or body sculpting class. I need motivation to go to the gym when I know I should be. I am also one to plateau and that is usually when I begin to feel defeated.
I guess I just want someone with similar goals who I can share the ups and downs of the experience with I think when people work with someone they tend to stay motivated. I suppose the details of what we share with one another is something that will be fleshed out naturally. 2778 days ago
