Sounds like this plan is working for you: "I decided to work out everyday...hoping to speed up the process, and that's when everything started slowing down. so I changed my settings , and low and behold, it have me more calories to eat. I need more fuel.
So hopefully with my changes next week I will see some improvement. I can't complain.... a loss is is a loss no matter how big or small. "
