I'm ready

I've been struggling with my weight for a while now. I've been a yo-yo dieter. Then I found sparkpeople! I have been steadily losing weight since January. I've never felt better! I've found a plan I can live with and I will reach my goal and stay there with the support of my sparkpeople friends. Thank you!

Hey! I hardly ever have time to come on here these days - but still logging my fitness minutes in on my phone at least. Thought I would pop in real quick to check on a few people. I see you are up to about 22 lbs? Congrats! That's about where I am too. I think I need to lose about 20 more. Was sooo glad to get out of that "obese" zone a few weeks ago! Keep up the good work!

Sounds like this plan is working for you:
"I decided to work out everyday...hoping to speed up the process, and that's when everything started slowing down. so I changed my settings , and low and behold, it have me more calories to eat. I need more fuel.

So hopefully with my changes next week I will see some improvement. I can't complain.... a loss is is a loss no matter how big or small. "

Tell me more! That's what I'm doing - going every day thinking it would improve results... So what are you doing differently - what do you think made the difference. Congrats again on your loss this week.
