Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels

I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 32 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. Sometimes I go down 2 more lbs. My weight is still at goal on December 22, 2014 (4 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

I want to feel healthy, fit and comfortable in my own skin, learn to overcome my shyness & anxiety, start running and I want to loose this 30 lbs. by May 31, 2010.

To drink 8 glasses of water, exercise, eat breakfast, track all food eaten and write in my journal daily.

Thanks for your comments on my page, Roxanne. Yes, I do lots of different and demanding things, but I definitely can't match you for consistency! You are amazing! As far as my illness, I still have a little cough, but I am on the mend. I plan to play some disc golf this afternoon.

I find that when I try to do too much at a time, I get overwhelmed and then do nothing at all. I'm trying the baby steps now, hoping it will help me stay motivated.
