Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels

I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 32 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. Sometimes I go down 2 more lbs. My weight is still at goal on December 22, 2014 (4 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

Good morning! You commented on a note with the lovely goodie you sent me: "I am an exercise Goddess or Neurotic. Wore out my other treadmill, bike and Nordic tracker. I must have rode from Ohio to California and back on my bike before destroying the seat, peddles and finally the wheel."
You should add up all those miles and see where they would take you. Visiting distant friends or touring world wonders might make them seem a bit more real. Have a great day!
