Sorry for the delay in answering your comments on my page. I set a goal of 10,000 when I read that this was a good length to get in shape for a rowing tour. I haven't made it to Europe, but my son and daughter visited me in August from France. I'm no getting my time s that I can complete 10,000 meter within an hour. I haven't worked on speed for some time, so I have no recent rankings. I will start rowing for a ranking to see how I've progressed. I've switched to a live food program and my energy level has increased, my cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight have dropped because of the changes. I'm not 100% raw food, but I'm better than 80% at this time. I haven't rowed on water yet. When I lose 80 more pounds, I plan to take lessons at the San Diego Aquatic Center so that I can row on water. I'm looking forward to it.
