    Thanks so much for sharing so much of your story on my blog and the kind words! I love how you have the + and - you, and that it is a battle! For me, I battle the new me and the 272-pound-me, and let me tell you, she loves to eat, eat a lot and eat a lot of fast food. She is always trying to weasel me into it, and I have to shut her down as much as possible. I always have to be honest, and I wish I could say that over 2 years into this, this is easy. But that's not the case. I will say I have weeks and even months that are easy, where I'm focused, doing well and losing the weight. But there are weeks and months where I don't feel so hot, or I get burnt out or lazy and I start back sliding. The most important part is I don't let myself slide too far. I've slid as much as 15 pounds, and now I am trying to cut that down to 5. If I feel lazy and am off track, okay, but once I hit the 5 pound mark for gaining I need to bring it back in. I think minimizing the damage will help in the future. I finally took off the weight I have lost, but I wasted quite a bit of time doing it. BUT, at least I did it. If I hadn't I would have found an additional 10 by now. Just know that I am in +Rov's corner, and I am rooting for you! I know you can do this, one day at a time. Getting on the scale daily and getting that data and accountability sounds like it's great for you, but just make sure when it tells you that you are slightly up, that you remember +Rov has what it takes to make it go back down. emoticon emoticon
