I am ready for change. I've been working at losing weight and becoming more fit for about 2 years, off and on. I recommited myself to eating well and exercising more last fall. I'm ready to give this gift to myself, being the person I want to be mentally, physcally, and spiritually. BRING. IT. ON.

My Goals:
Goal: increase gym workout days per week, to 3 per week. Yoga 1-2x week. Goal: Lose another 10 lbs. by June 1, 2013. Goal: Walk 3x a week in addition to 3x week gym workouts. -Increase stamina and energy levels. -Snack less and incorporate even more veggies and fruits into eating plan. -Drink water consistently -Work to reduce stress, it's a killer!!
My Program:
I will reduce my calories, eat less fat, and resume exercising. I plan to walk, use my Wii Fit, work out in the office gym, and do workout DVDs at home. I also bought a weighted hoop to exercise with! Woohoo!
Personal Information:
I live in the western suburbs of Chicago. I grew up in west central IL. I've been married to DH for 16 years.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading, crafts, home improvement, spending time with family, cooking, watching movies, being a dogmom, and traveling. I consider myself a homebody, but I do like going out with friends and family as well!
