I change my introductions every year. I hope and plan to be finished with all the surgeries that the doctors felt I needed before doing much exercise. I am currently recovering from lumbar/sciatica surgery. even my rottie needs to loose weight. Poor Mara had a hard time . I was in the hospital twice with complications and gone a long time. I am trying to count calories but without the exercise the pounds don't come off. I want tot get back to the "me" I know I can be. The surgeries alone ...

I am trying to count calories but without the exercise the pounds don't come off. I want tot get back to the "me" I know I can be. The surgeries alone without getting the weight off will not allow me to feel healthier and more energized. The recovery time is a year and plan on using that time wisely.
