I been using my food tracker so I been trying to keep it with in range. I been trying to get my hours of easting to back to normal. I been having problems sleeping so I am often up until 3 am and I will often have a snack then. My Dr wants me to have a protein snack and not have any carbs at my bedtime so I am going to try that and see if that helps. emoticon

Wow, that is impressive! Make sure you are eating enough. You can eat a very healthy life style even with the big "D". I watch carbs myself constantly and there are so many great products out there now.

100 calorie Thomas' English Muffins (you can eat one full one). For me it's on only 1 WW point.

Arnold's tops (I forgot what they are called), but they are low in calories - also 1 WW point.

    Lots of things out there.

Congrats and take care of you.

Congratulations on your first weigh-in ... 11# down is awesome!

Be sure to log your new weight in so it shows up on your progress ticker to bring a smile to your face every time you come to your SparkPage ... :)

To do that, go up to My Tools on this page, then click on Start in the drop down menu. Once you are on your Start page, click on Weigh-in in the My Tools column on the left side of the page.

Welcome to SparkPeople! Wishing you continued success ... :)
