I been using my food tracker so I been trying to keep it with in range. I been trying to get my hours of easting to back to normal. I been having problems sleeping so I am often up until 3 am and I will often have a snack then. My Dr wants me to have a protein snack and not have any carbs at my bedtime so I am going to try that and see if that helps. 2501 days ago
Wow, that is impressive! Make sure you are eating enough. You can eat a very healthy life style even with the big "D". I watch carbs myself constantly and there are so many great products out there now.
100 calorie Thomas' English Muffins (you can eat one full one). For me it's on only 1 WW point.
