Current Status:
RORYLYONS is sparking tonight plus enjoying our cool down. I keep saying bring on the rain. Too dry and sooo hot but I'm glad I got A/C out here. Too old for waving fans in front of my face...lol

My Goals:
After so many years of the ups & downs with the weight issue. now I want to remain in good shape. A big scare with the numbers on the bp and the Dr. adding a third med I opted not to take him up on it after watching him in a utter state of confusion. I have had this bp reading fluctuating and he would scratch his head. Now To take the bull by the horns and with spark support I know it will happen....yes!!!

My Program:
Exercising faithfully daily.....
Still working on the 8 glasses of water....I know...I know.
Changing my eating habits for the better!

Personal Information:
Out on the west coast....where every so often the earth moves...

A native by now` west coast for many moons~peace & love!

Congrats on getting your exercise in. About your blood pressure, have you tried mediation? I used to meditate just 20 minutes per morning, and it did immediately bring my blood pressure and resting pulse down. Thinking of going back to it. Glenn
