It's a day for me to get though with smiles and memories....thank you for stopping by my blog and your kind words....I'm happy to see that the sun is shining and not the 5.6 inches of snow on this day like last year. I wonder at times, if I hadn't waited until the next day to take MIL to the Dr, that things might of been different....something I will never know. Life itself is a challenge .... and we do survive....Have a wonderful healthy day

I hope that your doing well and dealing with changes that need to be made....that your seeing that you can adapt to new things, as it isn't always easy, but changes can happen slowly.....I am still thinking that I am one day closer to SPRING...because I am...LOL

Hope that your day is a good day and that you can get your carb eating under control.....I think I have finally seen that I have an issue with eating too many carbs during my day....there is something about just bragging and eating lately, as I run out the door. I truly need to balance my meals better. Something to learn along this journey, as the days go by. I've gotten better about packing lunches instead of buying out......WOOHOO! (figure I need to learn to save $$'s before hubby gets laid off) It is always good to look ahead when you an.....as time keeps ticking...

I haven't heard from you lately and hoping that all is well.....just when I think I am going to have a good day I end up with knee pain to make my day very disappointing. I have way too much going on at work this week to be laid up. How has the changes been going with your eating? I hope that your seeing the changes that you need to make and enjoying some ME TIME. I hope that your day is going well and that your making the changes that are best for you....everyday is different and changes can be made ..... one at a time.....small changes do work and they become habits when you look at the big picture.....I'm here to help anyway I can.....keep me posted on how your day is going....I'm in a rut at the moment, but I know the reasons why...I see what I am doing wrong and know I can change once I feel better....I'm at a point where rest is more important to me as much as I can when I can at this time of year with work a big issue most days of the week......adapting to the moment is the key....you can do it.....I know we all can in the end....small goals, small accomplishments and small changes add to a big win....Have a happy & safe day my friend.
