thanks for the comment, I've heard that a lot about the transitions. It seems like the area of least time and possible gain? Why do people say work on those so much? I've been trying to learn how to ride a bike. LOL I've got my running down to where I can pretty much hold between 8 and 9 minute miles for at least 10 miles, so I am feeling more confident with that. I can hold between 1:30 and 1:40 pretty much forever in the water, so it's just the bike I am worried about. Anyway, thanks again for the comment. Thanks for your comment on my blog, I have changed things out as far as exercise and diet, only to gain 2 pounds back this week. This is why I am so frustrated. I can handle staying the same a bit better than gaining the weight back, I just don't know what to do at this point.
I don't want to throw in the towel though I on the verge of doing just that. I do still have just a flicker of hope that I will begin to shed some of this weight and give me the motivation to continue forward. Thank you for being there. 2354 days ago
