First step is the first step. Keep on making the next step and that builds to a habit. Habits feed motivation. I can argue that motivation doesn't really exist in a concrete way for Sparking; it's just building on repetition.
Late March I had a doctor's appointment with my blood pressure being 140/92. Decided that was my "click", my line where I was willing to change what I'd been doing. Eating well and got my exercise solidly back in gear (exercise wasn't that far out of gear thankfully), so my most recent blood pressures are back in normal range. Now I just need to maintain normal that way and change my weight in the right direction!
Yup, I'm back, you're back, and we're going to get stuff done. I hear you about the slow start back into Spark as well as slowly putting different ways of self-care back into place.
I must have spent about 2 hours over the last few days figuring out what exercise is going to look like over the next few months. Lot of effort, but I'm confident I've got a real plan and that I can adapt it on the fly now as needed.
