I am 63 years old. I've been heavy all my life. I've lost 45 lbs at least 3 times and yo-yo'd to heavier than I started each time. I said I'd lose if I ever developed a weight related illness. Now I have metabolic syndrome and I'm still not losing.

thank you for your comment on my blog, and for all of your support over the past. I just saw that we aren't SP friends, so I friended you --

No cake at that wedding -- opted for more wine instead! lol!

I'm 61 and like you I look forward to retiring. I don't think I will wait till 65. I hope to be able to quit work in a year or so. My work is very physical and very tiring. I saw your photo with your grand children. I have 7. I want to be healthy for them, to be able to do things with then, and to watch then grow up. I have type 2 diabetes and need to take my health more seriously. Sparks seems to be a great way to go. I'm only on my second week here. I enjoy seeing others on the same road. emoticon

Hi Robbie, Welcome to the Fatigue Support team. We are a medical team, so use us as needed. We have some really great resources on pacing. Let us know how you are doing.
