No more excuses!!

I started with SP back in August and did great. I lost 15 lbs but during the holidays I lost track and gained it all plus some back. But after feeling sorry for myself I am back. Because nothing is going to change until I do something about it.

We're into the 3rd week already and hope you are managing some good walking steps. Don't forget to update your post by editing your existing one so I can keep an eye on your progress.
