I am 27 years old, a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery, natural birth fanatic, reader, internet lover, and mom of 4 (among other things). I am 5feet1.5 inches. Before babies, I was 124 pounds, and looked good. I'm starting this journey at the same weight as my prepregnancy weight of baby #4....which is still too high!

I entered that I wanted to lose 50 lbs, and do it 2lbs a week. THe end date it gave me was 8/13/09...which happens to be my baby's second birthday!

Tracking my food, trying to follow the fat/carbs/protein mix suggested by SP, eating more fruits and veggies, 1 hour of cardio 4-5 days a week, strength training 2x a week, sparkpeople videos a few nights a week
I was never the fat kid, or fat teenager. I was 5'2 and 120lbs in high school, and thought I was fat. (not toned, but not fat for sure). I haven't been 120lbs since I got pregnant with my second baby in early 2002. I was 20 then, and now I'm 27. I will get there again! Hopefully eventually go lower than that, but I can't wait to not be carrying all this weight on my short frame. Just have to remember to endure, and not to expect quick sudden results. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Hi Rose! I'm all set up here! I'm pretty sick right now, so I'm going to try and start the exercise on Monday! For now, I will focus on trying to eat a little better and hit the grocery Monday as well.
