Back on the Attack
I have been gone for 73 days and now I am back. I am taking it slow with weekly goals. This not about reaching some magic goal number. This time I am aiming for a HEALTHIER me. Pretty simple and low stress. You all are welcome to join me on the journey that starts today May 3,2010.

My Goals:
Drink 8 glasses of water Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies Eat more complex carbs Reduce the amount of refined sugar. 10,000 or more steps a day Keep MOVING!!!
My Program:
I am starting over with Phase 1 of the program. I plan to use the fitness and nutrition tracker since they worked for me last time. I also plan to journal every day and blog at least once a week.
Other Information:
Don't let people drive you crazy when you know it's in walking distance.
