HI EVERYBODY!

My daughter got me onto this sight and it looks like a really good place to learn how to live a healthier, happy life. I seem to be stuck at the 250 mark for now, but hopefully that will change soon.

My Goals:

I would like to lose alot more then 50 pounds, although even 15 would be better then nothing right now.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

Alot of walking. My daughter and I have been walking around the city park and walking to the grocery store instead of driving there. Plus I've been trying to waatch how much I eat.

I was born in Texas and raised in Arkansas. I use to weigh 135 pounds before I became prgnant for the first time, and I haven't seen that weight in 23 years. If I can get below 200 I'll be happy.
