About a month ago (July 30, 2011), I started using exercise as a way to cope with the pain of heartbreak. After a few weeks the heartbreak had subsided, but I was already on a roll with my exercise program. My Goals:
Most importantly, I want to feel strong and healthy. I'd also love to lose some weight.


My Program:
Exercise! Variety is key: jogging, Zumba, yoga, biking and 30-Day Shred dvd are my favorites, plus I walk my son to and from school every day (about 2 miles total). When I exercise I automatically eat better and drink more water.

I aim to exercise 5-6 days a week. I love to do 2 workouts in one day whenever I am able (mostly based on time and child-care considerations).

Probably won't track fitness and nutrition here, as I have a paper-based system that works for me. I definitely like the blog feature on this site, and having the ability to visualize my weight loss progress.
