Working to get it off and KEEP it off!!

I've lost weight and gained it + back. This time realizing lifestyle change needed to lose and keep it off. I'm reducing alcohol intake and fast food. I'm watching portion / serving sizes and making a daily effort to have some form of exercise. Started Zumba and Bodypump and I'm loving it! SparkPeople trackers help keep me in line. Stay tuned!!
