Back to basics...
I am determined to be healthier physically and emotionally. I also intend to lose the weight I gained after I got married. I had twins six years ago which helped me to lose 32 pounds, but half of it has crept back on.

My Goals:
I need to lose about 20 pounds to be close to my ideal weight. I don't really know what goals to set so here goes... Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Lose 1-2 pounds a week.
My Program:
Track what I eat daily. Cardio and strength training at least 3-4 times a week. Write in my blog or personal journal at least once a week.

Rebecca Newberg, Oregon 3 kids: 10 year old and 6 year old twins Married 14 years in May to my wonderful husband.

I love reading hence the need to exercise more. Also love photography, traveling and my family.
