Motivated Me

I have battled weight all my life. I have been sitting in my current weight range for a very long time. about 10 years ago i took of 60 pounds but put it all back on. I have a one hour commute and I work 3-12 hour shifts a week plus usually one extra. Also raising my 13 month old grandson.

I am using pool for water program twice a week. I am alsogiong to gym once a week. Concentrating on maintaining my required calories.

It was nice to hear from you! That would be great if you started a streak too...its a little easier to just take it one day at a time. We have a "Days in a Row" thread on the Ruby team, where we update our streaks and give each other support. Feel free to join us if you'd like!

As for DDP Yoga, I absolutely love it. I started doing it on May 21 and I've done it every single day since, except for 4 days in June when I hurt my knee. (I didn't hurt it doing DDP Yoga, though!)

I've gotten a lot stronger and more flexible, and I'm losing weight. I'm still overweight and need to lose a lot more but it feels great to know that I'm getting there. Have you done the workout at all?

D - Decide on an action plan.
E - Every thing is possible if you believe and work at it.
C - Consider your choices carefully.
I - Invite others to join you on you quest to become healthy.
S - Savor the feeling of each victory, big or small.
I - Invaluable lessons sometimes hurt, but are necessary for growth.
