Motivated Me
I have battled weight all my life. I have been sitting in my current weight range for a very long time. about 10 years ago i took of 60 pounds but put it all back on. I have a one hour commute and I work 3-12 hour shifts a week plus usually one extra. Also raising my 13 month old grandson.

I am using pool for water program twice a week. I am alsogiong to gym once a week. Concentrating on maintaining my required calories.
