You can do it! I was gone for almost 3 years, gained 10+ pounds, but when it clcked, it clicked!

Sorry I have been away this week and have not been able to comment for a few days! TJ is on vacation, so we've been busy.

I can see you haven't tracked since Tuesday, so I hope you have stayed under your 2k calories this week. I know you can do it! Good luck with your weigh-in this weekend, and I'll check in later to see your progress!
