I've worked out off and on most of my life, but never consistently until my husband of 22 years found himself 20 pounds overweight. He mentioned his disgust at Christmas, and I simply rubbed his belly and said "come January, we'll take care of that." He took me at my word and so began a consistent journey to be healthier from the inside-out! He has lost 30 pounds, kept it off for 2 years, and I'm so proud of him! My beautiful, joyful daughter and my handsome, sharp-witted son see the changes in both of us and now they too are more health-conscious. I'm a thankful, blessed woman who loves my God, my Savior, and my family with every ounce of my being!
