On to the final steps...
I joined SparkPeople in January 2010 to start tracking calorie intake and have found a great resource for health and fitness. It was the best thing I did after joining a gym! I plateaued around December 2010. I have 10 more pounds to lose. I have reset my weight loss ticker to reflect my new starting point and goal. So here goes!

My Goals:
As of 1/31/2011 I still have that pesky 5 pounds to go! I have been maintaining the same weight for a while. I still have the roll around the middle that is the most difficult lose.
My Program:
3-5 days a week at the gym; watching calorie intake,; changed eating habits. It is working no matter how slowly!

Hobbies: Sewing, Gardening, Reading, Vacations, Hunting, Old cars, Jewelry, talking!
