I'm actually sticking with this! I've had 2 days of restaurant eating & have been right at or just over my limit, but that is not a terrible thing! I'm excited to see what happens over the summer. I'm even more excited to see if the knee shots work & I get to start moving a bit!

OK, knee surgery done, Lasik done, 30# down, Erie weight ...

OK, knee surgery done, Lasik done, 30# down, Erie weight lost & I'm still logging my foods and determined. I have my 'moments' of indulgence, but overall, I'm really happy with the daily changes I've made. I have a long way to go and OC, MD, coming. I am still trying to find that balance between 'vacation eating' and staying on track.

My Goals:
I need to get healthier and that cannot happen without weight loss. I can't move, can't breathe, am not happy with myself and that must change!
My Program:
I'm logging in my foods, walking as much as possible, more than possible some days. I pre-ordered The Spark and am determined to get through Christmas without putting on 20 lbs.
Personal Information:
Married 25 years, mom of 2 wonderful young men, mother-in-law to a lovely young woman and lost me along the way. Recently resigned my job and determined to put time & effort into me for a while.
Other Information:
I love to travel. I enjoy reading, computer games, movies, painting, cooking, baking & love spending time with my family.
