We bought a Nutra Bullet at Costco a couple of weeks ago. At least I think that's what its called. Came with a big recipe book too. I have not dug into that yet. Mostly if you make the drinks the way the bullet system recommends you put 1/2 greens and have fruits plus a 'boost' which would be a healthy protein like nuts or chia seeds and a liquid - water or juice or milk. I'm enjoying them. I fill up by drinking it on the way to work then I don't want to sit at my desk and eat out of boredom.

Yes, my Dad can be very clueless about whatever is going on around him. Its sad.

None of the dogs we get in are leash trained because they are mostly strays. Then when we have foster homes that don't take the time to work with them and actually teach leash training then yes...hard to 'sell' a family on a dog that pulls on the leash. I wish her foster family would work with her more. After a mile she stopped pulling so hard cuz she got tired.

The distributor that our co-op got all our produce from just quit cold turkey a few weeks ago without any notice. 900 sites no longer had a way to get produce. So the co-op has to start from scratch and being that it is 100% volunteer non-profit that will take a lot of time and coordination with multiple distribution companies.
