Back in the Saddle!
Man...has life thrown me some loops...needless to say...blah, blah blah. On with the new. I will say yes to good health, yes to moderation, yes to exercise, yes to getting back into my skinny jeans, and maybe even that bikini....
I've gained 50 lbs in the last year....you don't want to hear it...
I'm ending day 2 (3/19/2013) of a total life make-over and I feel AWESOME! It's funny the power one gets when one makes a REAL committment.

I quit smoking, drinking, couch potatoing (is that a real word?) Got on SP diet plan, treadmill 15 min at 6am and walking one (10 min) lap around the parking lot at work at 10,12,2 & 4.
In a week or two I'll join the gym that 2 miles from my house.

I was born in Coos Bay, OR. Graduated from Marshfield High in 1974. I've been in the car business for 34 years.
I recently bought a house almost on Lake Palestine....A canal comes off the lake to my back yard.
I work 10 hr shifts and have 2hrs driving to and from work each day, I almost never have 2 days off in a row. Wow makes me tired just thinking about it.
