My Goals:
I'm looking to fine tune a few things, recover from injury, gain flexibility... most importantly, I'd like to become a better dancer by becoming a healthier person.

My Program:
I do a mishmash of different activities depending on the weather and my mood. I would love to get into running. Right now, injuries prevent me doing very much.

I luv belly dance, flamenco, yoga and being in the mountains....
