195- I just want to get here, away from the 200 line! - I keep hitting this & then bouncing off of it. UGH!
193- my low weight when I was nursing my daughter in 2006
180- the weight I was in 2003 when I got married
165- the weight my doctor said I could get down to safely. I might be allowed to go below that, but let's see what that looks like first.
I started by cutting out the junk, the soda, and the desserts. I am really keeping track of what I'm eating and I'm already seeing results I think. I need to step up the cardio. Walking just isn't enough, but it's hard to find time for myself.
