A Mommys Road to Weight Loss

*update* November 2012. I have lost and gained lost and gained lost lost lost and gained but I have never went close to being what I started with. I am recovering from the surgery and just recently got the okay to get on with my working out so I went over my pre surg weight by 10 lbs.

I am back on the road to Weight Loss. I have started out and am loving the changes I am seeing in myself physically and mentally. I know this is not going to be an easy road to follow and I will have many hills to climb over but I will get to the end and be happy.

Mommy of two wonderful children wife to a wonderful Army Vetren going on 10 years. Moved around following my husbands life and lost track of who I was and what I was suppose to be doing to stay healthy, add in medical issues and life takes a nasty turn for a bit. Preschool teacher, Early education major working on a masters. Animal lover (3 pittybulls a fur babies).

My Goals:
Mini Goals For Second Round:
1. 10 lbs by last day of the month(I am 5 lbs away)
2. 190's by January
3.180's by March
4.170's by June
5. Tone up my ab so they looked like they did after the surgery in May
6.Work out everyday!!!!

Long term:
1.Mud run
2.reach 120 lbs
3.Lower my BMI to the healthiest I can get it.

My Program:
no unhealthy fats, veggies, fruit, no gluten, no unnecessary sugar, no soda, low carbs.

Walk or job on treadmill for an hour a day with some mild weights.

Thanks for the comment on my granddaughter.. we think she's pretty spectacular too.. that was when she was just a few hours old.. she's almost 5 months now and I need to change the picture! It's a wonderful experience!

Thanks for your comments on my blog.....not sure if I am ready for the stair stepper machine.....everyone I see using it appears to be in a tortured state.
