My Goals:
See my intro...

My Program:
1. Spark Coach for extra motivation, and to check-in at least once a day, I need the extra handholding....

2. Stay within my calorie range 1200 - 1500 by utilizing the food tracker.

3. Plan out my food the day before or first thing in the morning, using the food tracker, updating during the day. Cook at home and avoid restaurants for now.

4. Exercise at LEAST 10 minutes a day. (My post-op restrictions just got lifted 2/6/14...so very excited to get started w/ exercise again)

4. View my goals daily

I am determined and I can commit. I WANT SO MUCH TO BE and FEEL HEALTHY. I CAN DO THIS.

Personal Information:

I am 47 yrs old, divorced, and ready to get my life back by being and staying healthy and happy.

Interest include watching foreign movies, yoga, learning to live better!

Other Information:
Life is incredibly short...live, enjoy and do the best every moment that's left.
