Working towards a healthier,lean me!
I am a 39 year old female. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I have decided that I was tired of being overweight and unfit. So I am taking things into my own hands and making this time the time that counts. I would love to reach my goal weight by Dec. 2013. Then I can keep up with my teenage stepkids and little neices and nephews.

I have just been planning my meals ahead of time, tracking what I eat, working out 5 to 6 days a week for an half hour to an hour.
