There are certain times of day that are just so challenging and I hear myself say things like "I don't care I'm just going to eat this" Almost like sticking my tongue out at myself and saying I Must have this and that and this and that and you can't so me. You are doing awesome!
Thank you for your comment on my blog. I'm just beginning to explore Dr. Fuhrman. Fasting sounds like a great idea for this plateau. In fact, I wonder if a gentle detox would be a good idea. I hope you are making progress with problems of the peri menopause.
