I've been paying for WW for two years - going sporadically and eating whatever I want. (Guess what....you can't lose weight that way.)

Hi and welcome to our 50+ Members Team where you will receive lots of support and encouragement from everyone. Just post any prayer requests, questions, comments or suggestions you may have and someone will respond quickly.
You have come to the right place. Take advantage of what Spark has to offer. I want to see you accomplish your goals. Stay focused and keep a positive attitude as this will be a great help to you in your daily life!!! Smile although sometimes that is the hardest, but it really helps!!! And, if nothing else, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
Remember to just take one day at a time on this journey of a lifetime. This journey consists of many small steps, a few speed bumps and pot holes, and a lot of fun. I will be here for you and try to help you on this journey to your goals. YOU can do this!!!
Commit yourself to constant self-improvement — the joy is truly in the journey. Use your fitness and nutrition tracker daily. Watch your portion control. Be sure to drink plenty of water (8 - 8oz glasses a day) and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of weight loss and lowering numbers. Start small if that is all you can do or have time to do and add to it as you are able. Even 5-10 minutes several times a day adds up to bigger numbers and will keep you moving. Invest in a good pedometer (I love my Omron which I just drop in my pocket and it still is accurate. I never got an accurate count with the ones that attached to the waist band…too much belly fat I guess, and I was always losing them or dropping them in the toilet. lol) and see how many steps you currently take each day. Before long you will be adding steps just to see how many you can do and how far you can go. WHAT A GREAT MOTIVATOR!!! YOU can do this!!! I am disabled and this works for me. Take each day one small step at a time — they'll add up over time.
You can make a choice. Tell that little voice to cease and desist with those negative thoughts. Introduce positive self-talk into your life today! You are creating a body that is strong and balanced! From your own efforts, you will make a difference, and you will feel good about yourself. You are a unique, beautiful, and rare individual — the one and only you!

Hi! I saw your page has been recently added to Spark. I always like to welcome new people! You can do it in small steps....yeah, you won't lose paying for a program and eating whatever you want. LOL. And, I'm sure you can accomplish your goals when you're really ready! You're already off to such a great start! So, you must be ready to win yourself by losing!

You're involved in some great teams. For me, getting involved and making Spark friends really helped me to lose and stay motivated.
