Hi thanks, 3 day weekend went way to fast already back to work and missing my babies. I really need to start waking up earlier and exercising even if its for 30 minutes. I'm thinking I need to start the walking videos again I really liked them and they were helping. The weather over the weekend was beautiful wish every weekend was as nice. Hope you have a great week :)

I'm definitely relaxing this summer, maybe too much. I just keep at it, still going to WW meetings because I am bound and determined to make it work. I have to miss the next two weeks of meetings due to vacations but after that I'm going to try and go every week. Summer is hard for me with so much down time. There were only 6 of us there tonight, go figure the night before July 4th!
