I am Mary: wife, mommy and nurse. I absolutely love all three rolls and put my whole self into them. I've also recently (within the past 2 years) fell in love with fitness. Exercising clears my head more than any other activity I've engaged in. It leaves me feeling amazing and it's so addicting! I'm looking forward to running my first 5K this october and hope to run a 10K soon and perhaps more. I was NEVER an athlete and only started running at 29. I feel like I have so many more goals to acheive and look forward to reaching these with my best friend and husband. I've realized I can be healthy and still eat bacon, doughnuts, chocolate and coffee with cream (my 4 favorite foods). Life is all about balance and I feel like I'm closer to acheiving it than I've ever been.

Pretty much get to the gym as many days per week as I can. Once I'm there, I devise the plan. Always spend a minimum of 45 minutes either strength training, cardio, or the mix. Watch what I put in my mouth. Enjoy most every food, but pay attention!

I'm obsessed with Game of Thrones, guiltily love Twilight (both books and movies), love Jodi Piccoult novels, love Ingrid Michaelson, The Avett Brothers and most "popular" music. I need LMFAO and Nikki Minaj when i lift, they make me feel sexy and strong.

HI, thanks for askin about the 5k again. I'm like, 'It's now or never'...I might not even being equipped to run, but it's been weighing on my heart for a long time. And I need something to do for ME...

I'm registered for the McCoys 5K Run/Walk, Saturday March 14th, sign in at 8am and starts at 9, you'll get a shirt if you pre-register online..which is a headache and an extra $3fee, but you can also register when you show up, but no shirt..they ask you to dress up in St. Patty's Day attire...all proceeds go to the CAER food shelves.
I also asked moms from the Otsego moms group, but no one has said anything...all they post on the fb is "sale on toys at target"...dumb
so as for now, I'm going it alone...and hoping to run, which I know you don't like doing.
But I'd be interested in walking one in April or May when it's warmer!!

heck yeah! I'm still on here....love the support.
I haven't been a good girl lately, as far as workouts. As you know I love to do cardio because it seems like the quickest way to lose lbs..so I did run and push myself an extra 15 min.
I was proud of that.
I'd like to lose my belly one of these days dammit, my twins are almost 4...oh you knew that.
but on a dumb talk show today this doctor said I'd need to get an ultraviolet ray treatment to get rid of that fat.
even if that might be true, I need to lose my heavy-Audrey legs. ;) I'm so proud of you for being interested in the lifting, show me how!!!
