YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!

Hi all!! I am a 34-year-old with a WONDERFULLY supportive husband, four (yes I said four) beautifully crazy kids, the job I LOVE, and a God who allows me to do all things through him.

The only thing in my life I would like to change is my weight. At 5'9" I can generally hide the weight pretty well, but I can tell when trying to do physical things with my kids that I am not in the best of shape anymore. I am done having kids and the sweeties I do have are big enough to do for ...

I am done having kids and the sweeties I do have are big enough to do for themselves most of the time, I finally have the husband God intended me to have and he is so helpful, so my life is finally at a point where I can focus enough time on myself to drop these unwanted pounds, not only for my health but also for my self esteem (which has some pretty bad moments at times).

So my husband and I have decided to start eating right and exercising so we can be healthier and better examples for our kids. At ages 10, 10, 8, and 6, they are still young enough to learn portion control and hunger signals and not have to go through what I've been through with weight issues.

Hope you are all seeing results from your "lifestyle" changes (diets are for quick, usually short-lived weight loss, lifestyle changes are for life)!!!

Hey! I'm 5'9, too, so I understand about being able to hide it. I've started running into the issue where no one else can see much of a difference even though I'm losing weight because it's coming off in places that are typically hidden! Hope you don't mind I added you as a friend!
