Officially in my 40s, have relatively good health but need to lose about 30 pounds. I've tried to lose weight off and on for several years but I'm pretty determined this time. I have a husband and 3 children who need me.

My Goals:
My big goal is to lose 30 pounds. My mini-goals are to lose half a pound to a pound a week, drink 8 glasses of water each day, workout at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
