My Goals:
- Getting into the BEST shape of my life. - Run longer. I want to break past a 5K and prepare for another race. (COMPLETED) - Stay consistent with my workouts. - Being comfortable in a bikini. - Do a pull up. * Lifetime goal ~ Run in the Boston Marathon.
My Program:
- Run 3 times a week. - Incorporating more strength training. - Core workouts. - Eating healthier (more fruits & veggies).
