Hello and welcome to my Spark page!

I'm happy to say, on 12-2-11, "I entered maintenance"! Woo-Hoo!

My Story: In June 2010, I weighed 219 pounds. I decided to start exercising and lost 15 pounds. However, I could feel my momentum slipping, sooo, I did a google search for weight loss support and found Spark People. My love affair with SP started that day. LOL! It has truely been a blessing. I'm reading articles, I've made new friends, I track everything I eat, exercise regularly and so forth and so on. I've whole-heartedly embraced my new lifestyle and am thrilled about it!

I love Spark People!

However, and most important, is if it weren't for God, my success and ability to remain steadfast in my new lifestyle of fitness and making good food choices would not be so. I am humbly grateful to HIM forever and ever. In HIM I live and move and have my being.

Make healthy eating choices, exercise regularly, have fun and live well. That's the goal!


My Program:
My program consist of:

a) exercising 3 days a week.

b) staying within my calorie range 95% of the time while eating nutritious & tasty food!

c) stay connected to people that are all about living a healthy lifestyle.

Goal/Maintenance Weight: 162 pounds
December 2011

Being that I've reached my goal weight, you know what's next... maintaining. Watch me work!

    Hey lady...no biggie on missing my post. I do it sometimes as well or things just slip by me on days I'm trying to get in and out of spark. I am definitely going to stick with this health change and am happy that I have been able to keep my streak thus far. Soon I will make it a year straight of logging in, but the bigger thing is the changes I am making as I practice consistency in many areas of my life! Love the support and inspiration of my spark people!
