Hey lady...no biggie on missing my post. I do it sometimes as well or things just slip by me on days I'm trying to get in and out of spark. I am definitely going to stick with this health change and am happy that I have been able to keep my streak thus far. Soon I will make it a year straight of logging in, but the bigger thing is the changes I am making as I practice consistency in many areas of my life!
