Penny can make a change!
Hi, I'm a 46 year old mom of 2. I have been overweight most of my life. I have made many attempts over the years to loose weight. Yep, lost it, then gained it back. So now it's time to do it right. I want to be able to walk without getting out of breath. I want to be able to sit on the floor and not worry about whether or not I'll be able to get back up. I'm diabetic, currently on insulin. I have several other health issues including intracranial hypertension AKA psuedotumor ...

I hope the example I set will encourage my family to join me in changing our unhealthy habits.

My Goals:
My primary goal is to lose weight in order to 1) improve my health 2) feel better about myself.
My Program:
I'm eating healthier...more fruits and veggies, while staying within my calorie range each day. I'm slowly adding exercise to my days. Main thing is I'm not beating myself up, or giving up if I have an off day.
