Run a 1/2 marathon on May 11th. Be consistent with eating clean. Achieve and maintain a weight of 138 by May 4th.
Eating whole and non-processed foods as much as possible. 80/20 rule - make good choices most of the time. Run 3 times a week and do strength training twice a week and yoga or other flexibility movement 2 times a week.

Just wanted to respond to your comment on my blog. The half-marathon that I'm shooting for is on May 4th. I woke up this morning and looked at my training program and felt totally discouraged. It will be challenging to get my long run in this weekend because I've got a lot going on, and next week the training program schedule is going to get messed up because of some things we've got going on. This is our youngest daughter's senior year, and she is involved in a lot of activities, and I knew it would be a challenge to try to get my first half-marathon in before she graduates, but I thought that I could get it done. My goal is just to finish, like you. Still, now I'm wondering if I should do a half-marathon in the fall when I'll have more time to train. I'm just not sure. I'm going to keep on plugging away, though, and see how things look next month. When is your HM?
