Tired of being dull, boring and tired all of the time. I have finally hit the end of my procrastination road. Maybe hitting 40 had something to do with this desire? I still feel like a kid inside, one who needs to get off the couch and start really living.

My Goals:
To stick to the program for 42 days and see how it goes.


My Program:
I so liked tiffanyncash's goals, that I am trying them out.
My Goals:
1. Taste the Rainbow
* Red
* Yellow/Orange
* Green
* Blue/Purple
* White
-Eat at least one serving of produce from each color everyday for 42 days.

2. 20 Minute Challenge
*Complete at least 20 minutes of cardio for 42 days straight.

3. 8 Cups a Day
* Drink at least 8 cups of water everyday for 42 days.

4. No Take Out!
* No fast food for 42 days. Subway is the only acception.

5. Stay in Range
* Stay in my calorie range for 42 days.

6. Meatless Meal Day
* At least one day out of the week eat meatless meals.

7. 3 Days ST
* Perform 3 ST sessions each week.

8. Start slimming down on cigarettes each week.

9. Blog at least every other day.

10. DO NOT FLAKE!



Personal Information:
I am a 40 year old who still finds lots of fascinating things to learn. I am a widow with 2 grown children and 1 grand-daughter. Sometimes it feels like I am back at square one starting all over again with a little one? This time I would like to do it all with a bit more knowledge and energy.


Other Information:
I love to read how-to books from home repair to crafts, vintage 40 hobby books, fantasy/paranormal, true crime, mysteries, and comics.
