My commitment to fitness will be to keep this body moving throughout every day but also include a minimum of 30 minutes of structured exercise 6 days per week. On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.
