"Now What?!"

Borrowing from Deep Purple's latest album and title track "Now What?!", I've been asking myself this question (somewhat rhetorically) lately. Why? Well, I've achieved my weight loss goal, I'm in great shape physically -- so, from a SP perspective, "Now What?!".

LOTS still to accomplish:

- Maintain weight
- Improve running times / increase distances
- Improve financial picture (as much as I hate to think about it, retirement is not all that far away!) ...

Thanks for the encouragement. I know I used the word goal, but didn't really think it through till I read your comment. I made it a real goal last night. Slept better, and longer than most nights in recent memory.
