2014 . . .

Just staying with the plan, 2013 was a pretty good year. I'm slimmer and stronger. I'm definitely playing more and working less. I'm definitely eating higher quality food. The morning yoga and meditation is at about 50%. The DDP . . . well . . .any lack of progress was a result of not following what is a really good plan. LOL

HA, Pam,

I finally have had the chance to read most of the posts on the Welcome thread! I even found my Cabin 21 last evening after wandering around a lost for a few days and checked in.

I do not use google. When I made it to the library with the points tracker my computer informed me that this version of Google Chrome is no longer supported. I tried printing out a copy of the spread sheet but was not allowed to by my computer. I think I will have to accomplish the old fashion way by pencil and paper!

Pam,
I guess my question is how many bonus points did I earn for our lodge on Monday? Does Jumping - Jacks count as high intensity?

Also what is the weekly points tracker. Today I accomplished strength and cardio.

Sorry, I am a little confused, Camp WannabeFit Is one of the most complex and interesting teams I have ever been invited to join.
