My Goals:
Back to my high school weight. No seriously. This whole moving to Texas and learning to drive thing has put 15 lb quicker than the mystical freshman 15 (which, luckily, didn't happen) on my middle section.

My Program:
April/May: Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred

May/June: Slimdown challenge, rotating 30DS, NMTZ, and BFBM

Personal Information:
Born and raised in big cities, I was constantly walking everywhere and have found myself never worry too much about weight. That coupled with my interest in ballroom dancing in college days, I suppose I was fit without even knowing...until I moved to the sedentary Texas where I had to drive everywhere or be crushed by motorists who didn't pay much attention to people on bikes. My jeans started to get tighter, and one day, when visiting home, my kind-hearted father, who always reminded me to eat and not get too skinny, gently pointed out that maybe, I should start losing weight... That's when I know enough is enough, and buying more bigger jeans is really not a solution. I'm very thankful for stumbling upon SparkPeople. Let's have a fun journey!

And yes, I did finish the 30 Day Shred and started with the Slimdown challenge. I lost on that program to because I decided to get my butt into Weight Watcher's online.

Hey! I haven't been on in a while. I've been so busy and haven't had a chance to work out since Thursday. UGH! LOL! But no worries. I still managed to lose a couple of pounds. LOL! Back at the slimdown today...doing 30 DS and BFBM to help catch up.
