Here we go again...
Jumping back on the weight-loss cart. I had a lot of success 2-3 years ago when I finally admitted to myself that exercise had to be part of my lifestyle... for life. Then I got pregnant and had my son and couldn't maintain my fitness commitments. So here goes nothing... what have I got to lose? (maybe 40kg....)

I'm tracking my intake here on Sparks, upping the whole grains and lean proteins and reducing red meat. I workout every other day and really want to go from chunky to fitness junkie.
