Here we go again...

Jumping back on the weight-loss cart. I had a lot of success 2-3 years ago when I finally admitted to myself that exercise had to be part of my lifestyle... for life. Then I got pregnant and had my son and couldn't maintain my fitness commitments. So here goes nothing... what have I got to lose? (maybe 40kg....)

What a great surprise! How are you? If you're eating fat, does that mean you've gone primal? I can't keep up, on the differences. I'm definitely still here. Too afraid what would happen to me without daily accountability. emoticon
Kicked off the new year with a Whole30. That went well. Started the food reintroduction in February, and determined that eating paleo clean is what works for me. This time around I noticed more sensitivities to the "less healthy" foods. But Valentine's Day and the 4 day President's Day weekend, had me eating WAY off plan. emoticon and now I"m trying to flush my system out, so I can feel better again. What's been going on with you?

emoticon Happy Tuesday! No. I won't be doing the official August Whole30. I just don't have another 30 days of perfection in me. My husband has been trying to get me to push on for 10 more days and to complete a Whole100. But I'm on the fence about even 10 more days. emoticon
it's not that I've been feeling deprived and want to add back in less healthy food. In fact, the only thing I want to add back in is dairy. I want to try real Bulletproof coffee with grassfed butter. Also their Upgraded Whey protein. I really miss being able to have a pre or post workout shake. I also think I like the idea of the Bulletproof diet's sliding scale. Eat foods ftom the green to become more bulletproof. Eating foods outside the green zone makes you less bulletproof, not a failure.

What about you? Are you ready for a new official Whole30?

Thanks fr your kind comment on my picture - I have spent years not letting anyone take my picture - and I am trying to be okay with people snapping photos now - but it is hard - so of course there are only two or three photos of me thinner - one WOULD have to be me doing dishes - lol. Thanks so much - you made my day!!

Thank you for your support! It means a lot. How's everything going with you? I read on the whole 30 team that the whole9life website is starting an official whole30 august 1st. Too bad I will have just finished my 90.

Truthfully the main physical transformation happened in my first 30 days. These last 50 the magic has really been mental. I'm looking forward to day 91, and being done with journey, but not because I have an off plan meal that I'm missing.
